TUNGSTEN CARBIDE NOZZLES

 

Our brand wide range of Tungsten-Carbide lined nozzles are available in both long venturi and straight nozzle format. They constitute the work horse nozzle of the industry being robust and efficient.

 

A full range of short straight and venturi nozzles for small diameter hoses used in cabinets or portables.

Internal diameters of ⅛" to ½" ensure that you have the nozzle to suit your particular application.

 

BORON CARBIDE NOZZLES

 

These offer the longest wear life of any nozzle material including silicon carbide, silicon nitride and tungsten carbide. Peak nozzle production performance is able to be maintained for much longer periods giving more economic use of air and abrasive.

 

NOZZLE HOLDERS

 

The nozzle holders are available in nylon and aluminum. All types are complete with high wear, replaceable rubber gaskets.

All nozzle holders are manufactured to fit externally over the blast hose. Internal grip rings bite into the blast hose for a safe and secure fit and retaining screws provide additional holding power without penetrating the inner hose layer.
