ROLLER TYPE – AUTOMATIC SHOT BLASTING MACHINE
Roller Conveyor Shot blasting machine is built to clean steel plates and profiles. They are mostly used for descaling, de-rusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring, and general surface preparation prior to welding, cutting, machining, and burning operations.
Treated objects move through the shot blasting machine on a roller conveyor. Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with sufficient power to provide efficient shot blasting.
The Roller conveyor shot blasting machine’s robust housing is protected by wear-resistant shields made from manganese steel liners.
Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the shot blasting machine in the entry chamber and the exit cleaning chamber. The rotating brush and high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before it exits the blasting machine. Screw conveyors and elevators provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of the abrasive.

The cyclone V-Aren is used as a preventive treatment for the partial demolition of polluting elements in the air. It is suitable for the separation of potentially explosive dust (ATEX) from coating operations.
Benefits
The cyclone V-Aren is able to recover over 96% of the input power using centrifugal force. The direction of the air outlet is adjustable thanks to a nut installed in the upper part. The V-AREN cyclone dust collector allows the recovery and reuse of the powder by means of a system of automatic sieve located on the discharge of the cone. It is convenient and fast to clean during the color change, easy to carry in a horizontal position, and easy to install.

Garnet Recycling Systems give you the ability to use your Garnet Abrasive over and over again for maximum cost savings. Abrasive consumption as low as 1.6kg Garnet per m2, recycling allows for greatly reduced abrasive purchases and reduced transport, handling, and disposal costs.
The Garnet Recycling System can be accurately adjusted to achieve the optimum particle size balance for any particular blasting requirement. Recycling is done in a dry process. Wet or damp Garnet must be dried prior to reprocessing. Compact designed custom-built recycling system to suit your needs.

Vacuum cleaners ideal for use in difficult conditions, equipped with a cooling lobe pump that allows for a substantial vacuum level. This system is a suction unit to be combined with a pre-separator for material collection. The filter unit is composed of the main filter made of fabric which is electro-mechanically shaken and pocket shaped to reach a suitable surface. The safety filter is a class M air filter cartridge.

When the blasting is completed, it can then be used for vacuuming. By using air to power the Vacuload systems, you save the costs associated with expensive motors or engines.
The Vacuum Power Pack uses twin compressed air Jet-Pumps to create vacuum power. The integral dust arrestor cleans the vacuumed air to ensure only clean air is emitted to the atmosphere. The cartridge dust collector MJT is a filtration system to purify the air used to dry the solid particles in suspension. It’s suitable for the extraction of potentially explosive dust (ATEX) from painting operations. The input of the dust collector has been studied to have an optimum distribution of the fluid. The recovered material recovered discharged in a special bin installed under the hopper. The cartridge filter MJT is especially suitable for the intake of dust arising from powder coating of polyester, epoxy which may potentially cause explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
Benefits
The cartridges are run by reading the pressure drop of the filter elements for more efficient cleaning with a lower compressed air consumption and longer life of filter elements. Maintenance can be easily carried out thanks to a special cartridge access door. The cartridge dust collector MJT has a modular design, it is easy to be handled with a forklift and carry. Thanks to the preparation of all electrical connections, tires and quick assembly of the three components (hopper, the filter body, and box) the MJT is quick to set up both inside and outside. This model also ensures a low noise level thanks to the inclusion of the fan inside the soundproof box.
